Suitable for all members of an average family.
Perfect for those seeking an active vacation.
Just like many other lodges and hotels in the Norwegian mountains, Filefjellstuene's history began with a small mountain pasture, where the family Hermundstad started building a modern tourist business in the beginning of the 1960's. Today, the lodge is owned and operated by Tyin Filefjell AS, which also operates the ski lifts and several other services for travelers to this alpine mountain area at the doorstep of Jotunheimen National Park.
The large cabins have a private sauna.
You can choose between self-catered or half/full board stays.
All cabins are equipped with a separate kitchen and washroom.
Easily accessible and free parking nearby the cabins.
The resort is situated about 3.5 hours away from both Oslo and Bergen, Norway's two biggest cities, along the E16 highway.
